The Science

We ran a clinical trial on our procrastination programme with over 100 adults from around the world.

Half joined the programme right away.

Half were waitlisted.

We measured their progress before and after the waitlist or programme, and again one month later for those who received the programme.

Compared to the waitlist group, those who received coaching showed:

Procrastination Dropped

Before joining the programme: The average participant procrastinated more than 75% of people. They were really struggling to get things done.

After just a few sessions: They were procrastinating less than half of people, a big improvement in focus and follow-through.

And the best part? Four weeks later, they were doing even better, procrastinating less than 70% of people. The results held up!
