In all these years, I've never tried to find external help, this time, I am happy as I did. I was very nervous about the sessions at first and then in my first session when I met John, he made it feel like a safe space for me to communicate my thoughts. Over the sessions, I gained insight about my own self. With John always patiently listening to whatever I have to say, to him also guiding and suggesting me how to view and treat a situation, I really liked the overall coaching experience!
Although I wish I could've attended a few more sessions, but deep down I realised that maybe all I now need to do is to practice what I've learnt over the sessions and preach that.
